Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Putnam County records are not stored in one universal database. Superior Court and State Court files route through Trevor J. Addison, Clerk of Superior Court, at the courthouse in Eatonton. Probate Court handles estates, wills, guardianships, marriage licenses, firearms licenses, vital records, and related matters from a separate courthouse room. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, warrant, court-security, and civil-process functions from Ridley Drive. State agencies handle record restriction, driver histories, offender searches, and other statewide records.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, court date, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the office, but the document has to come from them.
